Erin Dye, LNHA is the Executive Director at Carter Place Senior Living, bringing over eight years of dedicated experience in senior living leadership. Born and raised in Omaha, Erin is a proud graduate of Omaha North High School and Purdue University, where she built a strong foundation in healthcare management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Throughout her career, Erin has been passionate about creating supportive, resident-centered environments that prioritize both quality care outcomes and team development. She is known for her ability to lead with integrity, foster professional growth among staff, and maintain high standards of service within assisted living and long-term care settings.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Erin is a proud mother of two boys. She enjoys reading, playing volleyball, and gaming with her children, finding joy in quality time spent together.
