The staff made the transition for my mother from living on her own to Carter Place go smoothly. This is the best facility I have ever seen. There are so many activities happening every day. The staff are caring and engaged with the residents in positive ways. The nurses at Carter House were so kind and compassionate in caring for my grandma. I am so grateful to know that she was loved by the staff just as much as by family. On my last visit to her before she passed, as I sat with her a nurse came in and comforted me and took the time to share some of the experiences she had with my grandma. That kindness helped take away some of the pain I felt and filled my heart with joy to know that she'd been surrounded with such compassionate people. Thank you Cater House!
